“I get coconut head. I dey disturb Nigeria” – Intersex right activist says as she shares photo of her NIN card with “X” gender designation
A Nigerian intersex rights activist, Nwangwu Eudora Ogechukwu, has been issued her National Identity Number with an “X” gender designation.
She took to Instagram on Thursday, May 19, to share a screenshot of her NIN card.
“I get coconut head. I dey disturb Nigeria!” she wrote.
An intersex is a person born with a combination of male and female biological traits.
